Finally i decided to write somethg about our meaning trip to spain. It was the best trip i had ever been. Of course it was also the most expensive trip ever. Though alot of meaning experience, memories along the trip. Okay i shall start with the first day trip.

Ya. As usual, we were taking Ryanair from Stockholm Skvasta to Girona. We took the coach from Linkoping Resecentrum to Skvasta. However, on the way from our accomodation to the resecentrum, our "big" sister suddenly broke her bicycle. I also dunno how she can broke her bicycle. Maybe because of the "batu" she carry with hers. So, my advise is to travel light. Chong guan and I were only carrying one bagpack but our "big" sister carried one bagpack as big as ours and two small bagpack. Although i consider it as small, but it weight like rock. damn. no wonder the bicycle broken. Anyway, money does help when it come to emergency. At that moment, we only had around 15 minutes left to catch the coach to airport. So, taxi was the only way. Luckily, we managed to catch the coach.

Reach airport after 1 hour plus of journey on the coach. The airport is designed for low cost airport such as Ryanair, wizzair and etc. So, there is nothing special to describe. FYI, Ryanair is operating on first come first serve basic. So, free seating is implemented. However, it is abit different from AirAsia. They did implement sequence no to avoid congestion of customer. Finally, we aboarded the plane. It was Boeing 737 i guess. Quite a small plane but the space is quite comfortable for us Asian. Cos it was designed for European i guess.

I forgot how long it takes to fly from Stockholm to Girona. But, it was a comfortable flight. I was very sleepy at that time cos i dun really have a nice sleep previous night due to the hectic assignments. Finally, we reached Girona Airport.

At Girona Airport, we managed to grab some tourist information leaflet cos we came here without really planning anythg. Anyway, we just knew that there are two kind of promotion available for touring around Barcelona; Barcelona Card, and Barcelona touristic pass. The first one allows u to travel for 1,2,3 days with public transport and metro and the latter one allows travelling for 2,3 days with their own double decker bus (open air at the top level). We decided to take the latter one cos we think it will be nice to sightseeing Barcelona before considering where to go. There are 2 lines or routes available. Our dearly "big" sister insisted to go Barcelona beach. Dunno y. So, we decided to rest at the first day, and start the turistic pass in the next day.

Next, we search for our room. It takes some times for us to find our booked accomodation. It looks nice at the first glance. But, after we went up to the room, it was quite disappointing. The room are old and dirty. Anyway, we had already paid the 10% deposit. So no point, have to stay there for 2 nights. Another problem. I dunno what the hell the ppl there doing. They couldnt find the key to open our 3 bed room. So, they asked us to stay 1st night in the 10 bedroom. WTF.. we paid 20Euro for 10 bed room. Dont confuse. 20EURO is only for 1 bed out of 10. We were really tulan at that moment and started arguing with the Spanish girl incharged. She decided to pay us back the extra money we paid. Okay. This sounds good for me. Cos i can save some money. 10 bed room or 3 bed room dont really matter for guys i guess. But, not so good for girls. Cos it is a mixed room. Our big sister seems really unhappy about that. Luckily, out of nothing, the spanish girl came in and told us that they prepared another room for us. Crap. They were actually putting 2 extra bed into a single room. Damn narrow and small room. No place to walk also. Haih. suan le ba.. better think abt our travel.

It was already late afternoon. So, we just took a stroll down the street of Pg de Gracia. We came across one of Antonio Gaudi architecture house namely La Pedrera. It looks like a wave from far side. It was actually very close to our hostel, less than 5 minutes walk i guess. We took quite alot of photos there.

After La Pedrera, we continued with a free and easy stroll along the street of Pg de Gracia. Along the way, we came across Casa Batilio also one of Antonio Gaudi design. FYI, Antonio Gaudi was the most famous architect in Barcelona. He was also the architect of La Familia, the trademark cathedral of Barcelona. Finally, we came to Placa de Catalunya, a big arena for leisure. We spotted a huge flock of bird around the placa. At that moment, we were already tired like hell. So, we just took a seat and had somethg to eat while enjoying the beautiful scenery there. In the corner of the placa, we spotted a hard rock cafe. Hehe. Spent EUR24 for a hard rock t-shirt. Had a great time choosing for sourvenir. Then, on the way back, we decided to stop by and had a quite dinner at Burger king. To our surprise, the beef burger there costs only EUR1.90 . As a poor traveler, it was a good deal for us. Haha.

After eating, we just hang around there. We came across a night market. We decided to buy something maybe. However, we found out that the people there are quite fierce actually. When we approached a fruit stall, I was scolded by the stall keeper for trying to touch her fruit. Wat the hack.. touch also cannot.
